About this app

The StudentVUE mobile app helps parents and students stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents and students to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more.


• How to find your school district and login information •


- The StudentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. StudentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code.



- The StudentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information.



• Requirements •


- Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the StudentVUE mobile application. Please contact your school district’s administration to verify the Synergy® SIS version.


- An internet connection is required.


- The StudentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. Contact your school district’s administration if you do not have this login information.

Ok so I can't even evaluate the new and 'improved' features becuase I cant get past the login screen. Like my stuff is in and no matter how much I click it doesn't go through. This app is frustrating, so I guess fitting with my school but seriously, if you're going to update an app actually make it accessible? UPDATE: Finally got in, changing rating to 3 stars because no other problems so far.

unable to login- my login changed during the summer (which has happened before) I've reset my password 2 times and the app AND website are not able to use my new password or old password. I looked online and it said I have to wait a few minutes or hours. Its been a day and there's still a delay. If this is just the sign in process- the expectations are in hell for this app. I'd say this is the same as the original app. Confused on how you can release an updated version and it work the same.

horrible. worked for a small period of time but as school started it refuses to let me log in, it just stays stuck on the loading screen. it works for my boyfriend so I just use his app to see things but its still frustrating and unhelpful
