About this app

The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more.
• How to find your school district and login information •
- The ParentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. ParentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code.
- The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information.
• Requirements •
- Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the ParentVUE mobile application. Please contact your school district’s administration to verify the Synergy® SIS version.
- An internet connection is required.
- The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. Contact your school district’s administration if you do not have this login information.

Ratings and reviews

Excessive notifications: Even after turning off notifications with in the application, for some reason anytime there are changes to my students grades, I get an excessive amount of notifications saying grade change maybe 30 each time. Once I go into the app itself, ill get all of those notifications except as a pop up one right after the other. Nothing is really in the pop up, just a " (0) ". kind of inconvenient that I need to wait for all of these pop ups just to look a something else.

Not sure what happened over the summer, but now the app opens & sticks on the log in page. The loading circle just spins. This has been happening for over a month now. I have: - uninstalled & reinstalled - cleared cache - changed password - restarted phone - tried on my home wifi & on cellular data - tried over the app AND the webpage (sometimes the web page lets me sign in, but I only see emails, no other info) - only received an error code 1x: error code 500 (indicating server issues)

it takes try after try to get the app to login. once finally in i cannot see any information. almost every page sits on the loaging symbol. our school district tech just keep reseting my password. i have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and still can't get in to see anything. the app might make it easier for the district but appears it is unusable if you don't have the newest phones.
