About this app

The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more.
• How to find your school district and login information •
- The ParentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. ParentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code.
- The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information.
• Requirements •
- Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the ParentVUE mobile application. Please contact your school district’s administration to verify the Synergy® SIS version.
- An internet connection is required.
- The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. Contact your school district’s administration if you do not have this login information.

Ratings and reviews

When I enter the zip code, the loading screen pops up for less than half a second, then goes back and makes me do it again. Same for when I try to type in my school URL, the only thing different is the message which says: "COULD NOT CONNECT" And location search won't work (yes I turned on the setting to access my location.) PLEASE FIX THIS!! I got the new & old versions of the studentvue & parentvue apps and they all have the same problems but the messages are different. thankfor your time

Absolutely garbage app. Clunky, inefficient, difficult to navigate, glitchy and frustrating every time I have to use it.

First Impression I experienced the same issue through the download from the original ParentVUE. went to Google play directly, so far so good.
