About this app

The ParentVUE Mobile application helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into their child’s academic experience. ParentVUE Mobile for the Android phones works with the Synergy™ student information system in much the same way as the ParentVUE web portal, allowing parents to access near real-time information on assignments and scores, attendance, and demographic information. ParentVUE offers parents a single sign-on to view all of their children’s information regardless of school.

NOTE: ParentVUE Mobile for the Android phones is a free application for parents and guardians using the ParentVUE web portal.

How to find District URL:
 
The ParentVUE Mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based ParentVUE portal.  If you need help
please contact your School District’s Administration office for access URL and ParentVUE login information.
 

Requirements:

• Only school districts using the Synergy™ student information system version 6.5 and higher can support the ParentVUE for the Android phones application.
• Requires wireless or 3G Internet connection.
• The ParentVUE Mobile for the Android phones app uses same user login as the web-based ParentVUE portal. Please contact your School District’s Administration office to verify Synergy™ version and ParentVUE login information.

The app is okay. The reason for this review is something changed in the last couple of weeks where it no longer saves my credentials on the login screen. extremely annoying as I have to go into my keypass app and pull out the username and password each time. it would be great if you could save credentials or use biometrics anything other than old-fashioned username and password.

Terrible. I have to use this to sign up for conferences and I can't even log in. The sign in works fine through the link from the school app but its doesn't have the full options. For the full options I have to use this specific app and I can't even access it. Trying to reset the password to see if that fixes it but it won't even send me the temp password to try that process. Been trying to log on for 30 minutes and am near tears. I can normally handle tech. Why is this so hard to use????

Oct 2024 - terrible. I get notifications and press them and I always still have to log in. I don't understand if I have the app on my phone why it just automatically won't open to the thing I'm being notified about. Very frustrating and difficult to manage and there's so many subcategories it's not clear and the information that I seek is not as readily findable. This program is terrible but unfortunately, my kids' Middle School and High School use it. Update Nov 2025 - same! UGH!!!!
