Scan a shipping label or type a tracking number, from virtually any carrier, and get one
consistent experience: the same timeline, the same status names, the same list. No more checking
four carrier sites to find out where your packages are.
WHAT MAKES SHIPFOX DIFFERENT
Most tracking apps tell you what a carrier already said. ShipFox also watches for trouble the
carrier has not declared yet.
Sixteen checks run against every shipment: a label created but never picked up, a parcel that has
stopped moving, an estimated delivery date that has passed, a routing loop, an out-for-delivery
that never completed, an address problem, a customs hold, a pickup aging toward return.
When something looks wrong, ShipFox says so plainly and always shows you what the carrier
actually reported next to what ShipFox noticed, clearly labelled, so you can judge for yourself.
SORTED BY WHAT NEEDS YOU
The dashboard leads with what needs attention, then likely problems, then what is being watched,
then everything routine. Not sorted by carrier. Not sorted by date. Sorted by whether you need to
do something.
THE NEXT STEP, NOT JUST THE BAD NEWS
When something can be done about a shipment, ShipFox tells you what it is, whether you are eligible
yet, whether you need to be the sender or the recipient, and what information to have ready; then
links you to the carrier's own official page. If an action is not available until a certain date,
it says so instead of sending you to a form that will turn you away.
SCAN THE LABEL, NOT THE KEYPAD
Point the camera at a shipping label and tap Capture. ShipFox reads the tracking number and the
recipient's name straight off the label, so the shipment lands on your list already named. No
typing twenty-two digits. No camera firing on its own. You pick the moment.
The photo is read on your phone and is never saved or uploaded. Only the tracking number and, if
you keep it, the name are stored. Typing a tracking number always works, and so does scanning the barcode.
QUIET BY DEFAULT
Alerts are for things that matter: a new concern, an escalation, a carrier exception, a failed
delivery, an address or customs issue, a return to sender, a delivery. Not every routine facility
scan. Quiet hours are built in.
BUILT TO KNOW LESS ABOUT YOU
No account required. No analytics. No advertising. ShipFox does not ask for your name, your address, or your contacts. Crash reports are written on your own device, with tracking numbers
removed before they are written, and are never sent anywhere unless you choose to share one.
Delete everything from inside the app whenever you want.
ORGANISED THE WAY YOU WORK
Group the list by the day you added a shipment — the way you actually remember a parcel — or by
status when you are triaging. Tap the attention count to narrow the list to just the shipments
that need you, and tap again for everything. Customer, title, order number and notes can all be
edited after a shipment is added, so a misread label is a two-second fix.
PLANS
Track 3 new shipments a month for free — the complete app, not a stripped-down version. No ads, and
no alerts held back for paying users. Paid plans raise the monthly limit for people shipping at
volume.
ShipFox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other
carrier. Carrier names are used only to identify who is carrying a parcel. ShipFox's warnings are
its own assessment and can be wrong; whether you can file a claim, intercept a package, or change a
delivery is decided by the carrier under their rules, fees, and deadlines.
Track every shipment in one place. Catch problems before your buyer does.
