i m trying to settle the dues, the app keeps on saying error after taking the card number which is hectec, i tried to delete the app and re load it, restart, change the card yet the same error

Been using you for a couple of years w/ excellent score yet you've never increased my limit like other apps did, long time ago. Quite disappointing. U better kick ur app up a notch. Other apps are way ahead & on top of you.

very bad customer service. 3 days till now no one contacted me as I was promised . No reply to my email or on messenger. It is so ridiculous.Valu Account Issue - Complaint Ref no. 32218 plz assist in solving my issue ASAP.
