Unable to login or use the application it always direct me to value website instead of singing me into my account all troubleshooting done and same issue even visited nearest store and they are not aware of the type of my issue, need support as I want to settle down my dues with earlier settlements

worst customer service I tried reaching them and I couldn't get a hold of a representative. plus the unidentified rejection reason at least you can inform the customer why they have been rejected

login issue I couldn't get login after app updates so I couldn't pay dues. also there is no an interface with support or hot lines to contact service provider.
