The Face Verification Workflow is Broken It seems the Android version is using a generic Camera API which doesn't work on newer phones. During the Face Verification, you are prompted in the app with a viewfinder with an oval to place your face within it. But after you capture the photo, you will see that the photo is cropped and thus the Face verification fails. There is no way to change that behaviour, and the app needs to be updated to support newer phones with different camera aspect ratios

Very disappointing experience with ValU. The service is extremely unprofessional, and customer support does not respond to messages or provide any effective way to communicate. There is no real attention to customers’ problems or any serious attempt to resolve them. The lack of communication and support is completely unacceptable. Definitely not the level of service expected from a professional company.

Problem with login after latest update. Had to forget password and change it 6 times, then fail to login again. Also, no support for password manager autofill.
