Cannot connect. "Internet connection required". No access on app or website. It's been two days since this happened ALL DAY and now AGAIN?!? If this continues, quite frankly I can't see a reason to stay with Nickel.

Hello Thomas Shahbaz, can you uninstall the Nickel application, re-download it and try logging in again? 📱 If you still can't connect, send us a message via our Facebook and Instagram pages (with the blue official certification badge) with your Google play username. Stay away! I would give 0 stars, but that option does not exist. From my perspective, these people are running a scam : It costs money, which they promise you "will get back". Don't believe them -- you won't. Unfit for any purpose: can't transfer money in or out. Can't pay online with it. It is simply a money hole. Their customer service hangs up on you 1:30 after saying "your expected waiting time to speak to an agent is 3 minutes". If you value your money, use other services. My 30€ is gone.

i am trying a lot to chnage app language but i am not ginding any option in this app. can someone guide me that how can i change app language to english???? even i have called to helpline and even the helpline is also not offering to speak in english.
