It was a useful bank for me when I needed so thanks, you can create your account just with the passport, I didn't have any problems with the service at all, the only thing is that I a payment is refused you'll be charged €10 so I think that's too expensive but for the rest of things, happy!

Worst customer service and customer approach ever. Worst wording ever for legal terms. Can't explain my frustration in words. They blocked me out of my account and notified me in other languages than the one used to sign the account opening. Same thing throughout the slow process to get back my funds. Customer services is clueless and useless, and the best they could do was to read me the mails I've received as if I couldn't do that myself. Don't waste your time and avoid it.

the app works well, it is clear and easy to use. However the limitations for withdrawing cash are problematic.
