trying to cancel my account no responce for days now EDIT: They are really asking you to text them on facebook or instagram for account closure? Really? what a joke this is not a serious bank in any way..

I ordered a new Nickel bank card on July 2nd. It was stated that it would be shipped on July 7th and that I would receive it on July 14th, 2026. I have called several times, and I am constantly told that delivery takes 15 days. However, it has been more than 15 days; it is now July 28th, and I still haven't received my card. I paid 30 euros for this new card and I still haven't received anything. I am extremely disappointed.

It's a really great app especially when you are trying to avoid Germany's banking bureaucracy but the app is only in German and doesn't have English.
