The app seems well designed. However the more you use it the more errors you encounter. I noticed several times now it advertised hotel loyalty points eligible, when after the trip it changed to not eligible. It has started adding a "Savings Finder" fee after your stay, that makes it more expensive than booking somewhere else. They advertise "machine learning-based technology", and I suspect it is arbitrarily upcharging fees for savings that never existed.

I had a few issues with their reservations. I called each time but they didn't fix anything and blew me off within minutes. They didn't include my hotel membership points or add breakfast to the reservation. I tried canceling within30 min of making the reservation and they charged me 450.$. I will not be using this company every again. I do NOT recommend this company at all. You're better off calling the hotel directly. Save your money.

After selecting train journey it goes to searching and goes back asking me to verify location which I already did. I did this using my Samsung S25 FE. When I did exactly the same steps on my work iPhone it worked as expected. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still not able to book a journey. Please advise. Update Yes all fixed now. Thanks for prompt action. Just need to be able to add straight to apple/Google wallet now...
