The app seems well designed. However the more you use it the more errors you encounter. I noticed several times now it advertised hotel loyalty points eligible, when after the trip it changed to not eligible. It has started adding a "Savings Finder" fee after your stay, that makes it more expensive than booking somewhere else. They advertise "machine learning-based technology", and I suspect it is arbitrarily upcharging fees for savings that never existed.

I had a few issues with their reservations. I called each time but they didn't fix anything and blew me off within minutes. They didn't include my hotel membership points or add breakfast to the reservation. I tried canceling within30 min of making the reservation and they charged me 450.$. I will not be using this company every again. I do NOT recommend this company at all. You're better off calling the hotel directly. Save your money.

Amazing apps. The only thing why I didn't give 5 stars yet is because despite it is a corporate booking and our company already gave all details (including Credit card payment) but both hotel and (even car rental) still demand credit card as deposit in which means the booking requires double deposit which is not only inconvenience but it also cause a lot of interruptions in our very short business meeting trip.
