It's generally good, does the job. Features that would make it much better. 1. App allows vehicle photo taking before and after use. None of this emailing nonsense. 2. History of previous rentals 3. Special instructions - some of these newer cars have strange ways of starting them. Either a sticker in the car or a note in the app would get rid of lots of support calls.

1st time, we were told that we have set your booking and your budget won't go above £59 but £90 were charged from my bank account. 2nd time I booked a car for 24 hrs but returned in 10 hrs. When I tried to use the "Early return" button, app didn't let me select the time of return. Finally we ended the trip without using early return button, and the app said, "you will be penalise for late return". Then £114 were taken from our bank account while we booked for £76. No one is responding my email

Its extremely irritating that this app makes you use a membership number to log in instead of an email address like everyone else. If the app logs you out, the only way to get your log in number again is to call them and wait on hold for ages.
