No liking it too. I also have the problem, that I get logged out a lot & have to enter email address, then magic pin. It then doesn't default to my current employer, but suggesting my previous employer. I have to confirm my time in or out with a picture, which saves to my phone. Every week, I delete 10 selfies, if not more when clock in/out for breaks. In the last couple of days, when wanting to clock in, the app offers the clock out from the previous day, but I have clocked out the day before.

This app was working OK till a few days ago when it cannot get a location fix to load the clock in/out bar! Tries for 10min then says try again, another 10min and try again!! Maybe it might then load the bar and you can take the photo to clock in or out,Please fix this bug. I hope this is read and acted upon quickly. This problem has been fixed, it took a bit of time however, the swag team were eager to get it done.

There are some frustrations with the team when it comes to the UX/UI of Swag. For example the functions that we use most (clock in, clock out, start break') are not on the home page but the functions we need less (such as payslip info) are. There is also an annoyance around how elements of the app shift around when loading causing users to click the wrong button, such as clicking Hero AI instead of Start Break. Overall it can be cleaned up a lot but could be very good of these issues are fixed.
