wrost app. I transferred amount from my bank account to dubai pay wallet the amount deducted from bank and du pay rejected transaction stating it is above my monthly transaction limit. now it's more than 10 days i requested to increase my limit and update the amount in my wallet. still no progress i provided all the evidence and documents regarding transaction but still there is a silence. it is my hard earned money you are a wallet give me my money.

Avoid dupay!Terrible support and credit limit issues I deposited more then 10k on 26th March to send money to Pakistan, but because of a credit limit issue, the amount was not added to my wallet. It has been several days and despite raising tickets and sending emails, there is no resolution. Every 12-24 hours, they just ask one question and then go silent again. Every time I call, they say the 'relevant team' will contact me, but nothing happens and the service is extremely slow

Don't use DU. I tried to send money but reached my monthly limit. Instead of refunding the money immediately, they held it. I was outside Dubai and tried to buy Du roaming multiple times, but it also failed without reason, so I couldn't call their service center. I tried to contact them using email, but they only replied once and never sent any email again. Why is it so hard to refund my money?
