I had very bad experience while sending money to india. when I check the exchange rate its showed that 24.85 inr for 1 dhs, then I send 14000 AED but finally they give only 24.60rupees somthing... very very disappointed. I called customer care they said thy showed the receivable amount before processing. I didnt check that because i trust DU.

Not working you can creat your account but you can't activate your account because when you activate your account they will ask your ID but there is no option for scanning they just showing a video so disgusting

dupay is so Good. but 1 issue need to solve the time of creating new account face scanning issue on most people's ids an old picture would have which one does not matching with real face for this reason dupay not accepting face scanne
