I’ve been experiencing issues with DÜ Pay recently. Before, the money I sent was received almost instantly, even when sending it to a local UAE bank account. However, lately, the transfers have been taking much longer to be received. I’m also being charged AED 4 for every transaction, but the service has become very slow and is no longer as fast and reliable as it used to be. I hope you can look into this issue and improve the transfer service. 😔

The exchange rate is not as good as before. It was attractive when I first started, but after 2 transfers, the rate became almost the same as competitors, and sometimes even lower. The app seems to offer a better rate for smaller transfers, which may encourage frequent small transfers while earning more from transfer fees. I hope the rate can be more competitive and consistent.

Worest app please don't download...... "Transfer fee also "" high International" transfer money not showing Don't use if you are here by seeing any offers. They show me good rate for international transfer and give me less when I transfered. Also show me free transaction and cancelled my transaction after when I proceed. Now my money is stuck in their wallet. If i want to transfer it now I need to pay them extra charge. So don't use it if you are following an offer. I'm really disappointed.
