Very disappointed with this service. My account was suddenly closed without any notice or warning, even though I only used it for personal transactions and never engaged in any fake or suspicious activity. When I contacted customer support, they were rude and simply said it was due to “internal policy” without giving any proper explanation. I also sent emails but received no response. Closing customer accounts without transparency or prior notice is extremely unprofessional.

I am unable to create the account for 4 days I am trying to create my account in du pay but I am facing the issue because my face is not matching with my emirates ID, I have mailed to the support team and was assisting with Abdullah, he lie to me that he rise and highlight my issue. But he didn't it's almost the 5 day but still I'm facing the same issue the problem is not with the DU pay the problem is with the support team because they are not assisting us properly and they are not guiding us.

Don't use DU. I tried to send money but reached my monthly limit. Instead of refunding the money immediately, they held it. I was outside Dubai and tried to buy Du roaming multiple times, but it also failed without reason, so I couldn't call their service center. I tried to contact them using email, but they only replied once and never sent any email again. Why is it so hard to refund my money?
