It was working great, but now when I try to open the app it flashes the PIN code entry screen for a fraction of a second, then closes. They now refuse it to run on custom Roms and rooted phones, but never programmed a message that explains that. Tech support by phone is knowledgeable.

Dear du Pay Support Team, I hope you are well. I am facing an issue with my du Pay application. Whenever I open the app, it automatically goes back or closes and does not open properly. Because of this problem, I am unable to use my du Pay account. I have already tried restarting my phone, checking internet connection, and reinstalling the app, but the issue is still not resolved. Kindly please check my account and guide me on how to fix this issue as soon as possible

​I am very dissatisfied with the service/app experience. I made a payment on the 4/12/25 and today is the 9/12/25 but my payment has still not been processed or received. ​It has been 5 days, and there is no satisfactory explanation or confirmation regarding the delay in payment transfer/receipt. ​I demand immediate action to resolve this payment issue. Until this matter is resolved and the amount is successfully credited,
