Ratings and reviews

This is a very bad application. The chat support is also terrible and has no knowledge. Earlier they allowed converting Health Points into wallet balance, but now they have stopped that as well. When ordering medicines, they are charging a ₹91 delivery fee, which makes the app useless. They take money for delivery but the Health Points we collect cannot even be used, and every month those points keep expiring. Do not download this app.

worst customer support, three days prior appointment needed to take if we want to consult a doctor from this app. if we call customer care they will say appointments are not available but hospital people will say appointments are available. and application is not working properly we have to login in laptop or browser to book anything.. iam getting 500 error message on my app home screen

I am using ekincare as my company provided facility for health checkup though ekincare. It is very smooth process to schedule health checkup. Technicians visit home on scheduled date and time for sample collection and report is also delivered on same day. Overall, very good experience with ekincare so far.
