Very disappointing. Total lack of customer support. I downloaded this app to manage my health data, but I am completely unable to log in to access my test reports. This is highly sensitive and time-critical information, and being locked out is incredibly frustrating. I have tried reaching out, but there is no proper response from the app team. If you can't even provide basic login stability or customer support, the app is useless. Avoid.

I recently used this app for my yearly health check-up, While the blood tests were completed on 5th July, I am still unable to book a doctor consultation. yet no appointment slots are available. the purpose of a health check-up is to review the reports promptly. If I have to wait for weeks or even a month to consult a doctor, the reports may no longer be useful Overall, the service feels incomplete and poorly managed. There is no value in providing tests without timely consultation

The customer support team feels like they are just out of schooling and not in a position to understand user issues and this is coming from a person who faced multiple issues and delays in getting in a resolution or atleast proper answer. It's like they don't even care even if you escalate it to the highest level. Ref ticket id's 1140636, 1205826...... their escalation email is a joke i never saw they respond to the e-mails.
