This is a SCAM, I booked a consultation through the "company sponsored" section, I went to the clinic got done with my consultation and then they locked me out of the app and kept rejecting the prescription given to me the doctor. my app was locked and I was asked to pay through my wallet. when I called the customer care I was told that the appointment that I booked through the "company sponsored" section is not covered under the policy. this is blatant lie and scam to charge multiple times.

horrible customer experience. never will recommend this. people only use this because corporate insurance use this. may be corporates are paid to get this onboard if not I don't see a reason this app would be used. when you click on support it starts everytime you are in que and your number is 10. the wait time is 500 mins. i waited once for an hour and then it said it is taking longer to get into postion of 5 and the app timed out.

I was using the app because my company has a tie-up with it. They reject claims as soon as they see anything related to maternity in the bills, even when the total bill is not for maternity. When I try to contact customer care, they are always unavailable. A ticket gets generated for the request, but there is no further communication or updates. Very bad customer care support.
