1. Negative user experience created by adding action buttons on the opposite 2. Earning rewards through challenges made difficult! Reduced 3 Challenges per day to 1 challenge only 3. Cannot redeem the Reward points during checkout. Max limit set to 100 4. Buying items removed from the app completely. You no longer can find an option to order any goods 5. Reward points expire after a month or so overall pathetic

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the issue that has been pending since March 6th. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no meaningful update or progress from your side. Each time I reach out, I only receive standard responses apologizing for the inconvenience, but no actual resolution or status update has been provided. This lack of action is extremely disappointing.

This is a SCAM, I booked a consultation through the "company sponsored" section, I went to the clinic got done with my consultation and then they locked me out of the app and kept rejecting the prescription given to me the doctor. my app was locked and I was asked to pay through my wallet. when I called the customer care I was told that the appointment that I booked through the "company sponsored" section is not covered under the policy. this is blatant lie and scam to charge multiple times.
