I was using the app because my company has a tie-up with it. They reject claims as soon as they see anything related to maternity in the bills, even when the total bill is not for maternity. When I try to contact customer care, they are always unavailable. A ticket gets generated for the request, but there is no further communication or updates. Very bad customer care support.

Worst app ever... nothing works good.. if you order medicine it will not show when will you recieve... you can't update the address properly.... booking any home collection appointment, they will not even ask the address... simply waste app. Everyday it is becoming worse, booked a home collection phlebotomist was late so rescheduled to next day through labs but ekincare just cancelled the appointment without even asking anything.

No customer service number and application is stuck for verification wherein they say it is verified within 1 working hour. I have been waiting for nearly 7 hours. Not able to contact the customer service through company mail.
