Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing. Total lack of customer support. I downloaded this app to manage my health data, but I am completely unable to log in to access my test reports. This is highly sensitive and time-critical information, and being locked out is incredibly frustrating. I have tried reaching out, but there is no proper response from the app team. If you can't even provide basic login stability or customer support, the app is useless. Avoid.

I use eKincare app because my company has a corporate tie-up with it. One major concern is that consultation charges are higher when booking through eKincare. Additionally, even if a follow-up consultation is required within a week, a new appointment must be booked and the full consultation fee is charged again. Also they reject most of the reimbursement claims even though if we submit all the invoices and supporting documents, making the process frustrating for users.

I've been trying to get a consultation for about 30 minutes now the app doesn't go past the terms and conditions page. I've had the same issue with even going through 3rd party. What a waste of time!
