I have never had such a problem with an app. Sent them a message I want paper statements (can't get in to see want is due) and requested to do a balance transfer to my card (never heard back!) Phone number for customer service, you can wait for hours! Going back to Capital One Credit Card once I pay my balance. Minimal amount due. See ya!

I have never been more disappointed with your company. My app used to be very user friendly, managing payments and seeing my pending transactions was quick and easy. Now it's very difficult to navigate, slow to load, and looks like a horrible port of your desktop version. I absolutely hate it, and I certainly hope you change it back, and not keep the changes your app department team made to sooth their OCD. It really looks like your financial institutitution threw up in my credit card app.

Card app is intentionally made to create difficulties for the end user. Specifically the login act is oftentimes disrupted. you can store your password and login relatively easily. But randomly you will be asked to re-enter your information. If you don't remember this information you have to look it up via their service. Which is very painful. also the amount of times to attempt to log in is sometimes one or two. This also causes your account to be locked and you will need to unlock it.
