Haven't had much issue other than it keeps asking to verify my phone number. It's crazy when it sends me a code yet an will automatically use it from my phone. An I've canceled a subscription but continue to get charged for it. An it's an all automated ordeal to cancel it so not sure what is happening. An haven't been able to talk to anyone on the matter. As of right now this moment that I'm typing this it is showing it as a pending transaction. Would be nice if I could block or dispute it.

01/22/25 Update: The app is useless. I get prompted every logins that biometric is attempted to many times after 2 fails use your login. Which means I have to wait until I get home to get my login information. Useless. Horrible update. I provided the information you asked for in order to use biometrics to login and guess what! It doesn't work, plus there is no setting in the app to turn it on or off. 👎

Easy to use App even for ppl like me that don't know much about phones, computers, etc. Once each year I've gotten a credit limit increase without asking, which I like. The only reason why I gave 4 stars, not 5 is the customer service over the phone has been poor. It wasn't just once, twice or even three times. It's been almost time. The people I've talked with seemed bothered, irritated & were unfriendly. I felt stupid for the questions I asked. Other than that everything has been great!
