Worked fine for a while, though having a builtin shop to try selling you accessories with is so-so. App randomly decided to lose connection with my AC so I can no longer control it remotely or use certain features the AC is perfectly capable of using. How great is it to come home from a stuffy office to a boiling hot apartment because I can't turn on the AC on the way home.

Keeps logging me out and have to keep getting emailed a 6 digit code to unlock it, so annoying and time consuming. Not very user-friendly, haven't managed to work out how use it properly yet. Is handy for delay start to an accurate time, but the machine itself is too noisy next to my child's bedroom to use this feature. The only good feature I have found so far is that it tells me when a load is finished.

App usually works perfectly fine with no issues. Now it says terms and conditions have been updated, tick the box to agree, and it just spins and spins not doing anything. I've been waiting over an hour for it to do something, have uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, but still, it just gives the spinning wheel of death
