won't let me log in. tried again and can't change password or create a new acct. gets stuck on verification screen and fields won't populate correctly. cannot log in, cannot track my points on the site. this sucks!

Really helpful staff who answer any questions you have. The store is a very quiet and comfortable place to do business in. I love this store and tell my friends all about it. Every product I have bought has been of great quality.

There's only been once that walking into the store that didn't feel warm & welcoming at the front. The young lady there wasn't very engaging or personable. It was the week of my birthday, a couple of days after the 1st. I walked in with my daughter, who is 35 but looks 15 & her scoff was not dismissive from me. None the less, I went inside the doors & was at ease as usual. KEY CANNABIS HAS ALWAYS TREATED US WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT, SWEETNESS, WARMTH & LOVE. It's a 5 🌟 review for me. 💜👏🏽🫂
