Ratings and reviews

They keep updating the app and making it worse. It no longer saves my login info, despite clicking "remember me" and it doesn't connect to my password manager anymore, making it very difficult to login over a phone. All transfers and transactions require text message verification, which defeats the purpose of logging in if I have to re-verify myself through texting every time I want to do something in the app.

Awful. I tried to get into my previous app, but it kept saying that it was under maintenance and wouldn't let me in for over a week. So I went on to the Play store to see if I could manually update it, lo and behold my bank has a whole new app that I knew nothing about. I go into it I don't get my text alerts anymore all of my accounts have the same numbers so I don't know which account is which anymore. It's absolutely awful.

Poor, was never notified that they were updating anything and changing the app. Now that I got that figured out it seems that the app is always down for maintenance still. Elevations used to be great and then they changed routing numbers to make it very hard for direct deposit and now I can't even deposit a check without going to the bank. It's ridiculous.
