Seems every time a firmware update is pushed my devices stop working for over a month. I have now opened up several cases with support with no resolution just as always they are sending it to their engineers and they close the ticket.

Their support is aware of a defect with water detector attached to valve controller - won't detect water. Major problem when water leaks can't be detected. Ticket open over 2 months they said they tried fixing, didn't resolve, now they won't respond. Very poor support.

Having trouble to set up my smart valves(7of them). Left voicemails, emails.. no answer. Sucks spending so much, and no help.
