I just set up this digital photo frame and I’m already so impressed! I’ll be giving it to my mother, and I think it’s going to be perfect for her. The setup was quick and super straightforward—even adding family members so they can send photos directly to the frame was a breeze. I had no trouble at all sending pictures from my phone, and I love how simple and intuitive it all is. This will be such a wonderful way to keep Momma connected with the whole family.

It worked just fine, but why did you change the zoom out option when sending pictures with the last update? You used to be able to zoom out to make the pictures fit no matter which way the frame is turned, but now you can't at all, the only option is moving it around so pictures are cut off. Please change this!

the frame keeps resetting after around 10 pictures. no way to connect a laptop to frame to upload or edit. An update.... Frame has only reset a few more times for me. The biggest annoyance is not being able to connect with my computer. I have to transfer files to my Samsung phone, then use the app that will only download 10 pictures at a time unless you spend more money. I have drone shots, 35mm camera, and some GoPro pictures. This company should go with the modern times. It's not 2010.
