I would have given it 5 *s but my family members still can't use it to renew on their phones (theirs doesn't work like mine). It used to not work like that for me as well, and It is somewhat inconsistent, but it has worked so well for me now. I can do add ons, keep track of my usage and renew without having to go to Vodafone store. Very nice!

Absolute failure! 1-)Logged in under another user's name yet my profile menu reads my name! 2-)Can't buy extra Data Addons with Credit card even though the option is there AND and you can successfully buy flexes for your phone. 3-)Can't buy more than 1 of the same Data Addon regardless of what you do. 4-)Hit and miss adding your credit card to the application. A toddler could have written a better app and an infant could have done a better job in QA.

Every time I'm in urgent need for balance, it just gives me an error message... one month after another waiting for this mess to be functional again but it doesn't work. The app basically offers nothing but spam ads and the recharge option, and it's dysfunctional. Do I seriously have to find a stall to recharge every month cause this thing is forever bugged? Also, don't tell me to chat, with you AI, am not doing it!
