I would have given it 5 *s but my family members still can't use it to renew on their phones (theirs doesn't work like mine). It used to not work like that for me as well, and It is somewhat inconsistent, but it has worked so well for me now. I can do add ons, keep track of my usage and renew without having to go to Vodafone store. Very nice!

as of October 2025, they're getting worse and worse. unreliable customer service! i pay 1000+ monthly and they're just a failure. Worst experience ever. Don't recommend the app to anyone. For the last month, nothing has been working. Every feature displays "an issue in the server/network l" message, of the Vodafone infamous hallmark message "SOMETHING WENT WRONG, TRY AGAIN LATER". Sometimes, if you're really lucky, the app might work briefly (after midnight). Other than that, PURE GARBAGE.

Dear Vodafone Support Team, I’m unable to log in to the Vodafone application. It logged me out and shows that my session has expired, and when I try to sign in again, the app doesn’t proceed. When I choose “Forgot Password,” it only shows a blank white screen and gets stuck. I also tried resetting my password through the website, followed all the steps, but I end up with an error screen and still can’t access my account. Please assist in resolving this issue.
