The app is not user-friendly for non-Arabic speakers. Most of the messages and notifications are only in Arabic, and there is no proper English translation available. This makes it very difficult for users from other countries to understand and use the app effectively. Kindly consider adding a full English language option for all features, messages, and notifications. Improving the language support will make the app much more accessible and convenient for international users.

"Why do I HAVE to use mobile data for Vodafone Cash? It’s super frustrating when I’m out of data or in a spot with bad signal but have perfectly fine Wi-Fi. Security is important, but you can easily use an OTP or FaceID instead. Please fix this, it’s making the app hard to use in emergencies!" "Don't make it harder for us

Every time I need to recharge i get a message "Sorry! you have reached you maximum limit for this month". I don't know what limit or what this means at all. Also, I always have a problem to login regardless I use data not wi-fi. It gives me "invalid credentials" message. I uninstall and reinstall the app then, it sometimes works this way. Too much hustle to deal with to just get recharged. Not helpful at all.
