I would have given it 5 *s but my family members still can't use it to renew on their phones (theirs doesn't work like mine). It used to not work like that for me as well, and It is somewhat inconsistent, but it has worked so well for me now. I can do add ons, keep track of my usage and renew without having to go to Vodafone store. Very nice!

Every time I need to recharge i get a message "Sorry! you have reached you maximum limit for this month". I don't know what limit or what this means at all. Also, I always have a problem to login regardless I use data not wi-fi. It gives me "invalid credentials" message. I uninstall and reinstall the app then, it sometimes works this way. Too much hustle to deal with to just get recharged. Not helpful at all.

worst experience I've ever had , they can't even implement a normal card payment module, when i use my credit card they send the wrong expiration date to the bank different from the one i use , and they refuse to look into their buggy app , worst customer service and worst app ever
