Have been trying for weeks to change my Internet packages with no success! Also tried through 247 with more failures. Unable to convey my disappointment to this company called Vodafone!!! It is a pity to see how people are sitting behind barricades, not barriers!!! today, I had to upload the updates. Otherwise, the application won't work. tried over WiFi, the application will not work or update!! they want to maximise the money they are getting from their customers!! very friendly frustrating 😑

Doesn't work!! Keeps giving the same message/error (login with a different account) 4 months later and the app is still very poor! Keeps giving an error every time I open it! The only function that works is to see the total invoice amount!! Totally unexpected performance from Vodafone Egypt!! Even the business website is not working properly!! Business customer support (247) have NO idea about the app functionality nor its support!! Really disappointing!

The app doesn't work at all. I can't pay bills or access any services. Every option I click either asks me to “try again later” or leads me to a setup page with no actual function. I've tried reinstalling the app, switching networks, and using it on different days — nothing works. It's completely unusable and needs urgent fixing.
