Ratings and reviews

avoid, worst customer support ever. app is passable, not very user friendly but not the worst. the problem is with empik: they not put on sale items that aren't available in stock, without verifying and screening their sellers, but customer support clearly doesn't read any requests and reply via templates that often don't even apply to the situation. avoid at all costs unless you want to await your items for several days only to receive information that order is annulled and empik doesn't help

It's a great online shopping app they don't take that much time to deliver (depends on the order) The stores in Poland are just as stress-free as the app. If you're new to online shopping this might be the app for you.

I am giving 3 stars, due to the fact that when you buy something from an external seller, there is no info or option to contact and amend the order. This is quite a big minus as there are more external products than internal from empik.
