re4box is an email cleaner for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Yandex, Fastmail, and Exchange — not another mail app. Connect the mailbox you already use. Then put repeat mail on rules, unsubscribe from newsletters in one list, and run bulk actions that keep going after you close the app.

Mail stays with your provider. You are not locked into a new inbox.

WORKS WITH YOUR MAIL
• Outlook — sign in with Microsoft. Your password stays with Microsoft.
• Exchange — connect your company’s on-premises EWS server with work credentials.
• Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Yandex, Fastmail — sign in with an app password. re4box stores it encrypted so rules can run when the app is closed. Do not use your normal account password. AOL uses the same Yahoo sign-in.

RULES
Create a rule from any email, sender, or domain in seconds. Matching mail can go to Trash, be archived, move to a folder, be marked as spam, starred, marked as read, or permanently deleted.

On Outlook and Exchange, matching actions can sync as real mailbox rules, so new mail is handled as it arrives. On Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Yandex, and Fastmail, re4box checks the mailbox every night and applies your rules then. You can also apply a rule to mail already in the box.

Open a message and start a rule for that sender in one tap. In Rules, search and group by domain.

DISCOVER
One scan groups senders by domain and shows who actually fills the mailbox. Hide senders that already have a rule. Swipe to approve, create a Trash rule, or move a sender into a folder you choose. In Discover settings, pick what swipe left and swipe right do.

Keep using the app while the scan runs. You get a notification when it finishes. Mail bodies are not saved — only the headers needed to group senders and find unsubscribe links.

UNSUBSCRIBE
Discover lists subscriptions and how each one lets you leave: one-click inside the app, a web page, or a mail-based flow. Filter by method. Confirm once. No more opening ten newsletters to hunt for a single link.

BULK ACTIONS
For a one-time sweep, pick a group and an action. The job runs on the server in secure batches. Close the app. Get a notification. Stop anytime: the current batch may finish, later batches will not run, and completed steps are not undone.

• Spam / Junk — that folder only
• Old emails — choose a cutoff (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years). Received mail older than that. Spam, Trash, Drafts, and Sent excluded
• Unread — every folder, including Spam and Trash
• One-click unsubscribe — senders with one-click List-Unsubscribe (not on Exchange)

Actions: move to Trash, archive, mark as read, or permanently delete. Permanent delete asks for a second confirmation and cannot be undone.

INBOX
Search. Open a message. Move, star, archive, mark as read, delete, or select many at once. Switch accounts from the header. Add another mailbox when you are ready.

Notifications can tell you when a scan or bulk action finishes. New-mail notifications are available for Outlook (not Exchange or IMAP mailboxes yet).

Light, dark, or follow the system. Seven languages: English, Türkçe, Español, Português, Deutsch, Français, and 日本語.

PRIVACY
re4box is built to manage mail, not to keep a copy of it. Server tokens and app passwords are encrypted. The local cache on your phone is encrypted. Sessions use the device keystore / Keychain. Remove an account from this device and keep your rules, or delete re4box data while leaving your mailbox untouched. We do not sell your inbox and do not use it to track you across other apps.
