Ratings and reviews

The app needs work. The map doesn't show more than 20 free public chargers in my city. 4 out of my 5 charge sessions show no charge curve data, and there is no way to save the charge data as a CSV file for analysis or backup. Sessions start as soon as the connector is plugged in even if no power is flowing; this makes the charge curve almost useless. There is no way to zoom in and out on the charge curve.

Needs to be updated. There are several EVs that aren't listed to select when customizing your car on the app. When you call customer service they tell you to look in your manual and input all the details yourself. Meanwhile they don't check it for accuracy they just take your word that it's correct. This in my option is not how an app should operate. They need to provide a updated list off all EV vehicles that are available on the market.

Even after the SW upgrade, the app still doesn't show the correct charging rate. I just rely on the app that came along with the EV itself for charging controls and info. If I can turn back time, I wouldn't buy this product. It's just a dumb charger, don't expect anything good from the app.
