First, the 3 stars is for cost and the ride itself. It would get 5 stars if two major issues were solved. 1. The vehicles available on the app match reality. 2. The available charging stations on the app match reality. I have arrived at more than one station with cars there and not available on the app and the cars on the app are not there. Also, upon returning a vehicle it will indicate what charge station is available and in reality it isn't. These are major issues that need fixing ASAP.

At this point, this is basically a scam. They will still charge your account monthly, even though the cars can't be successfully rented. The new app just doesn't work. When you can rent a car, the app will crash during the rental and even prevent you from ending the ride. Customer service takes forever to answer the phone, and they will still charge you while waiting. They even charged my partners account after he deleted it. I have submitted a request to have my account and data deleted.

App is terrible! Starting a rental takes like 20 minutes because it keeps crashing. All they tell you is to uninstall and install again. Don't get me started on ending a rental. I haven't been able to end a rental by the app, I have to call customer service. While the timer keeps going and getting charged while being parked. All they say is email support and they're useless. On 8/17, I was on hold for 3 hours waiting for customer service. This morning I checked, and I was charged $187!!!
