Ratings and reviews

The ways to top up my kwsp account really old fashion and outdated. It still doesn't support credit card, duitnow, not even TNG Update Jul 2026: now thoroughly broken. Keep on failing to login, telling me system is temporarily unavailable due to a system update. The message has been there for more than 2 months. The publisher advise users to not use special character for device name, which is stupid and unacceptable. My advice to them is to not even read the device name is it breaks the app

After update to latest version, the entire app load slow or fail to load. I m not able to see the latest balance after several minutes. By following your suggested steps on 3 August, I am not receive any TAC when I was login after reinstall. Therefore, now I am completely not able to use the app anymore.

Easy to use. However, it doesn't save favorite banking details for payments/receipts which most banking apps have. It's inconvenient to keep typing banking details for each transaction and errors may occur.
