Great app prior to November or so; my first line reference for medications when working as a paramedic or teaching in the classroom, and I used to recommend it to everyone. However, for the last couple of months, it's frozen on the home screen and has had to be force closed; I haven't actually been able to look anything up since then, and will be deleting the app if the issue isn't resolved shortly. Can't currently recommend. Update: same problems as of 9/16/24. Find a different app.

I have a pixel 9. I was able to use the app one day and literally after that day I have never been able to use the app again. It freezes up on launch and just crashes. I see other reviews from months ago complaining about the same thing so I'm just going to assume that the app devs do not care about the state of this app anymore. What a shame.

I've used Epocrates for over 20 years. It was a fantastic, clinically useful app but has become useless over time. There was the debacle after the last update, when it would lock up and become utterly useless. It was "fixed" and with reinstallation was better, and now it is constantly malfunctioning again. Slow to launch (bogs down with ads), then slow to the point of uselessness, if it works at all, and now is locking up and I have to close app. PLEASE FIX!!!
