I am an FNP student about to graduate. Pathway has been VITAL to helping me understand clinical practice guidelines and pull all the most recent research on any given topic (because we all know things change almost daily). It's like having the best, most knowledgeable doc in your pocket. I can use it to make sure I'm not missing any pertinent tests and close any gaps in my clinical knowledge. Absolutely invaluable.

After installation, you are required to subscribe to a >$130 yearly subscription to access the material. There's a limited free trial after you pick a subscription. For a new resource app that has no credibility yet, this is a really high up front cost. For attendings it might be worth it, but for those in training it's likely better to stick with credible, shared resources paid for by our institutions for now.

The problem with clicking notifications returned. Everytime something interesting pops up and you click it doesn't take you to that page so you have to go looking for it. Frustrating because it was fixed for a little while EDIT: Pathway responded, saying the issue is fixed. It now normally crashes. Issue is not resolved. Unfortunately I do not use the app much because of this.
