Our secure, HIPAA-compliant app provides patients and families with the most seamless and comprehensive way to experience our evidence-based program. Stay on top of your care plan and easily connect with your team – all from your phone.

- Join sessions with your care team
- Get push notifications for new messages and tasks
- Browse and join group classes
- Securely message your care team anytime
- Complete weight logging and other assessments
- Explore videos, articles, and handouts
- Log in using biometric and “remember me” options

To get started, download the app and log in using the same credentials created during the Equip onboarding process.
