About this app

Usta Defterim is made for tradespeople who work on site and in the workshop.
Measure on the job, build the quote on your phone, send it to your customer
right away. No notebook, no scraps of paper, no evening spent at a computer.

MEASURE
• Ready-made shapes: length, rectangle, perimeter, triangle, trapezoid, circle, L and U
• Enter the centimetres and the quantity (linear metres / m²) is worked out for you
• Set a count when several pieces share the same size; the total follows
• Write measurements straight onto a photo and drag each label where you want it

BUILD THE QUOTE
• Your own price list for materials and labour
• One tap turns a measurement into a quote line
• Waste, profit margin, discount, delivery and VAT are calculated for you
• A clean PDF quote with your company header
• Quote numbers and revisions: when the customer haggles, the old quote stays

• Share to WhatsApp in one tap
• Customer card with past jobs, phone and address

• A warning when a quote passes its validity date

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
It keeps working where there is no signal. Everything stays on your phone and
nothing is sent to a server.

You set the prices; the app never suggests one.
The currency is chosen in settings.
