Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible. Even worse than Peacock. Constant buffering and lagging. Search doesn't work. Searching for Wrestlepalooza only shows the Spanish result, had to go to the WWE network to find it. Constantly crashes, saying 'unable to play video.' Unresponsive to remote input. Controls are unintuitive. Rewind or fast forward always causes the app to crash. Fast forward is either one second or skip to the end. Worst streaming app 👎

When the app works, it's fine, but when it doesn't, and it doesn't always because you have to now link some of your info to other companies for it to work, it's terrible because customer support is awful. I called support 3 times and each time the agent had a different explanation. After searching online I found the issue, and as it turns out, none of the 3 agents were even close to correct.

Worthless with Disney Bundle, everything thing is more money or does not work. Ninety percent of the time ESPN, ESPN 2, etc. is not in your package with the ESPN-Disney. It's the most useless streaming service out of of all of them, and I have almost all of paid ones. The ESPN app is okay, but navigation could be better and is sometimes glitchy.
