slow, very slow app! going to the shop is faster than searching a product on this app!

Both the app and the website don't often work. The website does not open, the search on the app does not work, it gives me the message "Forbidden". Eureka, both in spite and online is a pale shadow of what it used to be pre-Covid. It makes me wonder if it will shut down soon.
