App is extremely buggy. The password and pin system is system is overly complicated and difficult to manage. It expires frequently, and you can't even reset it more every 24 hours, mine is now locked again. And you can use an older pin, it got locked when I did that. Why so complicated? I recommend everyone use Genie, which is soo much simpler. You think the more rules and security you put in the better your system is? Wrong, all SL banks make this mistake, we want it easier and just simpler.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. To maintain simplicity & ease of access, the login PIN & transaction PIN both are maintained as static and similar. Due to security reasons, multiple incorrect PIN attempts will temporarily disable the log in. So far very good, I have use several apps for online payments, some has been good but with updates become useless, this app though is very good very fast and uses otp for transaction the flow is designed to be reliable and fast. Though not have used with other bank cards only commercial bank card for payment. Well done combank team, please keep this up!

Easy to use, .useful application. But now I can't open the q+ app and I tried several times and always error messages appears that"login I'd incorrect data".so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled but the same message appears. Every month I used this app to pay my utility bills I like to know whether this app blocked to me. This problem came after upgrade of the app recently. Please looked in to this matter.
