Good enough - relaxation and mental training with Eva Johansson

Self-image plot for those who want to get better both to see your own value and to find strength and to generate resources to perform at the top, in short, gain access to your best self.

The most important relationship you will have in your life is the one you have with yourself. Make sure it works and is good. A good self-image is no happy coincidence, it will be a result of how you think and act the rest of your life. It's important that we get to know ourselves, accept what we see and then do something about what we want to change.

In addition to two exercises that help you to increase your self-esteem and self-confidence, you will get an exercise that will help you to be fully focused. In the app, you also get self-test, exercise tips and tips for self-esteem and you work with relaxation and mental training - all to get to know your new self.
