I didnt want to love it I kept hearing about Evernote and it was everywhere and I wanted to be stubborn and pointlessly resistant so I didn't try it for quite a while. But after trying and uninstalling 17, yes 17, other note apps I finally tried this. And of course it is amazing and has features I didbt even know I really wanted. Its so versatile and quick. Stupid, awesome Evernote. ....
Handy to have, let down by no Linux support. An application like Evernote is only as useful as the service behind it, and the service behind it is only as useful as the availability of the application - seeing as Evernote is not natively available for Linux-based operating systems, this means that Evernote is severely limited in its usefulness. As an Android application, it works great... But due to its lack of availability for Linux-based operating systems, it is considerably inferior to solutions like Dropbox, which DO support Linux.
Too many features I just want a simple, cross platform app, can you please give me a way of disabling all this work chat sharing stuff and recording notes
Nice! I love this app but the only trouble is that it changes the font by itself in some parts... And I don't like that. It does save all my notes!
Needs addressing. The last few months of updates haven't changed or lessened the lag you get when you edit notes. Once you click on a note and click edit, everything becomes sluggish and scrolling is laughably slow. I'm using a G3 and this is the only note app that does this. Hopefully a fix is coming.
Never thought I'd be needing this Really useful, even my oldest notes are still saved.
