The app was slow to load anything but it did all actually load (I didn't have high hopes due to other reviews). My doctor wasn't available and it took at least a half hour of waiting for another doctor to take the call (part of the wait was him checking my charts). That being said I would much rather be on hold on an app than deal with scheduling an appointment and actually having to go in. Would definitely use again.

Unreliable, the app is constantly failing. I wait for hours for my doctor, even though the app says another doctor will come on after 10 minutes, nobody ever comes on. There is also no option for me to select this feature, but the final screen says I never answer this optional question. There are often issues with hearing each other when we finally do get face time. CMG should choose another provider for this service. I am tired of ending the call and restarting.

This concept would be great if the app actually worked. Takes 10 minutes to load anything, pretends you hit buttons when you don't, and don't even attempt to leave the app while you're waiting for the doctor because it WILL glitch out and kick you from the visit.
