This app does not let you register. I have uninstalled and installed it multiple times and I only get the sign in screen. This needs to get fixed so that more patients are able to use this. ***Updated*** I contacted my doctors office and they are suppose to set you up with an appointment first. You will then get an email and be able to register from that link in your email.

Great idea and very convenient. But the app is being work on often when I need to contact my Dr. This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last 6 months. Including today. I contacted customers support because an error popped up with the number but got an answering machine.

Like others here, I fell for the false advertising on Google saying $39.99 for an ESA letter for my dog. I clicked on the ad and it brought me to a page to fill out a form that made me download the app. In between this time, phone rings & it's their rep wanting to charge $79.99 for 2 letters. if you only want 1 they want to charge $59.99. This is not on advertising. Reporting to BBB
