Ratings and reviews

Actively user hostile interface and charging paradigm. This is then only EV charging app I've encountered that *requires* a reservation, and then requires you to enter your reservation length (basically, it's paying for a parking spot). You don't get a refund if you leave early, and the charger takes forever to unlock (without any indication of what its doing). The app itself is extremely buggy - map doesn't load all the time, it's slow, and confusingly laid out.

This user interface is terrible. I'm on the East Coast and everytime you hit search for chargers it redirects you to LA. That's not helpful when I'm in need of chargers on the opposite side of the country. There's no geo location and the map rendering is terrible on the app. I was listed for almost 2 years and the one person who contacted me to use my charger contacted me through another app and left $2 on my porch because he couldn't get this app to work easily. So I'm done with this company.

The "search map" feature didn't work on my Android phone. It did work on my Windows PC, but you can't enter an address and see how close you are to a charging site...it just shows no station at your address. I closed my account after one day.
