It works if you do it like every now n then n thats probably only because my brain never switches off so apart from that its one of the better ones :) longer audios would be better A bit above :-P
The panic assistance is great for those panic attacks you have no one to talk to and need some immediate help. It is like having a kind friend who knows the right things to say!
Helps me relax and think I use this app alot. I like it use it before I go to bed. It helps me cope with my day and relax. I am finding i think through situations clearer. I'm not as emotional. I appriciate the Mindfulness meditations. They help me think clear and be more understanding. I've passed it on to my coworkers.
Little collection of self-help tricks It won't save you the trip to the psychiatrist, but it can help reduce the symptoms. Use it every day.
Genius! In the period of time I have had this app, the assistance recording has helped me through so many panic and anxiety attacks. It's really great for when your out and about, the use of headphones it's both super effective and discrete! I haven't used the other features and the layout is a bit confusing. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the app before using it in anxiety situation. Overall great app.
Love it I love this app it really helps with my anxiety.My friend Monica Reyes has severe anxiety too,its too bad this app isnt able to help her,shes in a mental care home right now being treated.... hope she gets better soon :(
