Very bad experience. I lost $120 because of a serious issue with deposits. I had an open trade and urgently needed to add funds, but suddenly the deposit system was unavailable due to “maintenance” with no prior warning at all. Because of that, my account got liquidated and I couldn’t do anything to prevent it. This is unacceptable for a trading app. Blocking deposits during critical moments can directly cause users to lose money. I hope this gets fixed, because right now it feels unreliable

Unfortunately, the latest app update is corrupt and inefficient, incorrectly closing orders on its own. This has resulted in financial losses for me and my account on the platform. After contacting customer service and waiting for a thorough technical review of my orders for over 10 days, they refused to compensate me, claiming a clause in the terms and conditions exempts them from paying any compensation. This means the platform has become just like the scam platforms that have become so widesp

I've been using this broker for 8+ years and it has had it's up and downs but as of late, i don't know what changed but it now feels like a scam. Ghost sl hunter, other day i got a perfect eurusd entry and the spread just jumped from a normal 1 to 2 points to 200 points soon as o entered like what. This year alone, 80 percent of my SL hits are from the app "so called glitches". Something shady going on with this company
