Room for improvement. There are activities you can't do on your phone. When support was contacted they recommended I used a desktop. Which I, like most people, don't have. There was also a brand who recommended you bookmarked a resource for selling, but the app doesn't let you open a browser to book mark. So that kind of sucked that I can't use that resource.

The service is great, creating an account&getting approved easy. A few issues I've noted: When searching products, I will filter my options. If I see a product I'm interested in, I click on it to learn more. First, I wish there was a way to add to a "list". Second, when I hit the back button it refreshes the category page and I have to reselect my filtered options and click back to the page I was on. 3rd, the app does sometimes freeze and need to be closed&reopened.

I have ordered a couple of things and the process was simple with a great discount! The app and the company "Expertvoice" on the other hand is why it only gets 3 stars. I have submitted documents and applications 3 times for veteran status, and currently, it has been denied twice, and the staff can not find my application even though it was submitted via their app. My account was created with only one email, and they have approved other affiliations through the app, just not the veteran app.
