Best cust support ever found, been using for over 10 yrs in various countries inc Asia. Now in the ME, yes there are occasional access issue, but i know I can rely on support to give advice ASAP as to which location to switch to in app to improve protection or accessibility. They are monitoring and updating all the time as are the 'other side.' Can't understand the bad reviews, not been my experience at all. Happy with my service.

Great for someone who doesn't know how to use a VPN as it's a touch of a button activation. Just wish the monthly fee was less on the monthly plan as paying for 2 years up front put it to just over £6 a month but payment is taken all in one and if I find I don't want or need the VPN anymore you're stuck, but it is clear on app and website that only 30 days for a money back guarantee

It occasionally failed to generate an IP address for me. Edit: changed my rate from 2 to 1. You charged me earlier than the due date. I'll cancel my subscription and we'll see if I still can use the VPN or not. If not, I will share my experience to others. Update: I got refunded within a day, hence the 3 stars from 1 star. If the connection is consistently secure, it would be an easy 5-star rating.
