Initial setup is nightmare. Usability is not good to put it softly! I tried to setup Wi-Fi Plug Pro 14 data logger and I spend like hour and half to figure out what needs to be done. Constant "Targeting permission is not enabled" error on the screen when trying to connect to the data logger. What is this supposed to mean?! All app permissions were already given. Also why do I need to go through the login every time?!

After configuring Wi-Fi settings data logger is visible to my router; however when I try to add it to a plant it says the device is offline. Nothing that I do can bring it back online, so I cannot add it to the plant and I cannot gather any data Customer service advised me to use the SmartESS app instead and now I can collect data . Very good support, very satisfied

Data is not accurate, sum of daily or monthly power doesn't match with the total power. Sometimes it shows data, sometims not. kw/h unit produced doesn't match with the real Meter. it's look like application is released without testing, lots of bugs.
