About this app

EzGED is a 100% web-based French document management software (DMS) available as SaaS or via a licensed product.

It allows you to store paper documents by scanning them, electronic files using virtual printers, and index and secure them.

EzGED can manually and automatically* capture, index, and classify all print streams (PCL5, PS, Prescribe, ASCII, etc.) and convert them to PDF. It also allows you to integrate all types of files (Word, Excel, DWG, etc.).

For scanned documents, EzGED can manually and automatically* classify them by barcode and/or data search.

It can also automatically categorize emails* based on keywords present in the message body, subject line, or attachment (rules are configured beforehand).

It can migrate entire file structures with OCR (PDF, JPEG) or on-the-fly conversion (Office documents: Excel, Word, etc.).

It can migrate content from other document management systems (DMS), even those using proprietary languages; please contact us to confirm feasibility.

Security and authentication in EzGED are native, using Active Directory (Windows) and Open Directory (Unix): the administrator creates accounts and passwords during installation.

It also offers a "client-facing DMS" option: securely sharing documents with third parties (HTTPS).

All files can be stored as documents in a persistent format.

EzGED includes a document management system, a workflow module*, and an electronic signature system.

EzGED has solutions (on request) for GDPR, for CHORUS PRO, for the dematerialization of customer invoices, for the dematerialization of payslips, for online contracting, etc.
