This update has kicked me offline altogether. I had to reset password, reinstall software, and my wired cameras now are not recognized at all. All I did was turn the motion off like I do every day. Nothing but problems with the app since 2016. When these cameras stop, I'll shop for a different brand. These programmers just can't get it right. Update: I'll add a star. Customer service got me going with a new password. She could've been at least a little nicer.

The app keeps getting better and better with one major exception. I choose to record locally on my own micro SD card(s). However, I continuously find my choice to use the SD storage had been switched (and not by me) to the cloud storage selection, where I find an ad for deals on cloud service that I am not interested in. It completely destroys all of the great new features that are continually being included.

The notifications for my doorbell ringing on the app seem to be completely broken. It was working for the first few weeks, then I stopped getting them for a while. Now, I get notifications but about 10 minutes after the doorbell was pressed. another problem is that if I want to delete the stored video clips (which are far too short at only ~10 seconds) I have to select them individually and then tap 3 dots, followed by delete and then confirm. What a pain in the a**!!!
