I had an urgent payment to make, and this app completely let me down. It kept loading endlessly, causing unnecessary stress and delay. My internet connection was perfectly fine — I even checked the speed to confirm. Clearly, the issue was with the app itself. It's extremely frustrating that it failed to work when I needed it the most. Very disappointing experience.

Dear esewa, Why do I have to enable my location to use this financial app? when I am in hurry to pay for something, the annoying enable the location prompt displays and takes ages to load the app even after enabling the location. also it does not work when I try to pay connected to wifi but works fine when I enable the data. switching to other apps !!!!!

I have been using eSewa for a long time, but recently it has failed to maintain its reliability. I needed to send a small amount of money to a bank account, and although I attempted the transfer, the app repeatedly showed the message, “An error occurred, try again later.” I tried four times, and only later discovered that the money had actually been sent all four times. Moreover, I was charged Rs. 10 for each transaction that appeared to have failed, even though they were successful.
