I had an urgent payment to make, and this app completely let me down. It kept loading endlessly, causing unnecessary stress and delay. My internet connection was perfectly fine — I even checked the speed to confirm. Clearly, the issue was with the app itself. It's extremely frustrating that it failed to work when I needed it the most. Very disappointing experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with eSewa. Transactions keep getting stuck in “pending” again and again, even when my account is verified and balance is sufficient. This has been happening for weeks, and each time it wastes hours while I wait for the money to clear. Customer support responses are slow and generic, offering no real solution. For a service that advertises instant digital payments, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.

I transferred money from my Standard Chartered Bank to my eSewa account, but the amount was deducted from my bank account and not loaded into eSewa. This has already happened multiple times in a week, and despite raising complaints, no proper solution has been provided. It is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I request you to resolve this urgently and ensure such issues do not repeat again.
