Please add a tick or mark-as-verified option for each payment in the Fonepay QR transaction list. Many of us receive multiple payments at once, and it’s hard to know which ones we’ve already checked. A small ✅ tick or color change (like green/grey) after verifying would really help us manage payments easily. 🙏

After I updated to the last version on Oct 1, 2021...the app cannot transfer fund to my bank account. This is so frustrating. I received payment of 10000 from a customer and I clicked "refund"( which I thought would transfer the payment in my bank account) and my amount is gone from fonepay and not credited in my bank account. This is the worst update possible. I cannot continue doing online transactions if such looting keeps happening all of a sudden. Please give me my 10000/- Rupees back.

It's been 4 days since the recent update and app still doesn't work, neither does it show my recent amount nor it shows any transactions. Tried calling their toll free no, customer service department and viber contact but nobody seems to be bothered enough to respond. Worst customer service ever.i am amazed why anyone from the regulatory hasn't intervened yet when so many customers are suffering and their huge amount is being blocked..
