freezing problems, can't login as no response through password or biometric, says no internet connection on top while internet is ON and when it's needed the most. no update to fix the bugs, what the hell are the developers doing. error says The request connection took longer than 0:01:00.000000 and it was aborted. the voice notification is 2-3 minute delay. after complaining they say the excuse is poor internet connection and your problem is solved after but it happens again after some days

good app & service but from few days facing issue of frequent logout which has created hassel in smooth operation. Though you have updated logout system due to security issues and safety measures but what's the use if I as a user facing problems due to frequent login-logout issue in business app. if it continues may have to shift the transaction to other alternatives/platform. Waiting for positive solution rather than pushing to alternate platform.

Stopped showing new payments. I mean shows some payments but does not show a lot if them, Neither in app nor in sms. This causes misunderstanding with the customers
