Fonepay is a QR based payment solution for merchants as it offers a hassle free and secure way to receive payments from customers. Fonepay enabled Mobile Banking Customers can make payments just by scanning QR codes at merchant outlets and on bills.
Fonepay is a merchant application, Mobile Point of Sales, which enables fast, secure and reliable digital payment services.
Features of Fonepay:
• Keep track of your account with just few taps
• View account activity, statement and transactions
• Instant payment notification to customer and merchant
• Two types of QR codes can be generated with the app:
o Unique dynamic QR code for each transaction by merchant entering the amount
o Generic Static QR code which can be scanned by customers to make payment
How to accept payments?
• Customer to choose Fonepay on the enabled Bank apps
• Customer to scan the QR code on the app
• Customer to confirm the payment
• Customer and Merchant gets an Instant Payment notification on successful transaction

How to Register as a Merchant on FonePay?
The merchant onboarding process consists of sourcing, screening, set-up and activation of merchants. This process is carried out exclusively by acquirer banks and can independently approve or reject merchant applications based on the information provided and the compliance documents. Once approved, acquirer banks are solely responsible for the transactions accepted by their merchants.
Merchant Registration Process:
• Download Fonepay application
• Click on “Register as Merchant”
• Fill up “Know Your Merchant” form
*Note: It is requested for Merchant to provide valid Email address and Mobile Number, since the login credentials of the Fonepay Merchant App shall be provided on the specified address upon approval.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't even open to the login page after downloading. It suddenly stopped working. I tired to uninstall/redownload it. Login page still doesn't load.

Hey Fonepay Team, My app is not working since you launched the recent update. I try to open the app but it just shows the logo and pause. I Uninstall the app then reinstalled it again but no cure. Please look in to it ASAP

The app is not opening since 4 days. Have done everything as per the customer service. But the result is same. Worst update.
