Joint account mobile banking. I was told I could use mobile banking on my joint account with my wife. I have provided every necessary details required. It has been a month since I have opened the account, I have still not got access to my mobile banking through my joint account.

I'm disappointed 😞, it often says no connection to the server, i can't even login, a request to the developer's please look on it real quick 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The app is showing No Internet connection, connect to the the server issues. although my Wi-Fi and data works perfectly for the other apps. kindly fix this it's affecting my day to day transactions.
