One of the worst banking services you can get... Disputes are not seen and left as it is till we go and tell the bank ourselves, transactions become risky and annoying due to the various problems in transactions like (our money will be gone and on top of that we have to wait along with the transaction speed (took me 1 min just to complete one even in good internet connection)... There's no room for feedback due to the fact that other banking apps of mine just work flawlessly...

After the last update it is hard to take screenshots of payment like it's the first quick step we do after paying somewhere online, It was easy to take screenshots before but now it only shows black screen due to some privacy! but i feel like it's so unnecessary, steps are increased to download receipts and all... like why?? even that download receipts option doesn't work properly! Also while reporting dispute about the transaction it asks for screenshot! but we can't take any screenshot so how?

App looks nice but takes forever to load and make payments. When a transaction is timed, such transaction should not be processed. I have had instances where the transaction had timed out and i had to pay the vendor cash. Later after an hour so the amount was debited on my account. It just created unwanted hassle and followups for payments.
