One of the worst banking services you can get... Disputes are not seen and left as it is till we go and tell the bank ourselves, transactions become risky and annoying due to the various problems in transactions like (our money will be gone and on top of that we have to wait along with the transaction speed (took me 1 min just to complete one even in good internet connection)... There's no room for feedback due to the fact that other banking apps of mine just work flawlessly...

Now, the app is getting worse. I can't take a screenshot of my own payments as proof, and there's no option to download a receipt for a specific transaction. The app only shows the payment and gives an option to report it. How are we supposed to keep proof of payments? HELLO DEVELOPERS, IS THIS REALLY THE BEST YOU CAN DO OR IS THIS BEING HANDLED BY INTERNS........

Very disappointing app. Payments fail almost every time, and the money gets stuck on hold for 24–48 hours. This happens repeatedly and wastes time. Not reliable at all.
