Now, the app is getting worse. I can't take a screenshot of my own payments as proof, and there's no option to download a receipt for a specific transaction. The app only shows the payment and gives an option to report it. How are we supposed to keep proof of payments? HELLO DEVELOPERS, IS THIS REALLY THE BEST YOU CAN DO OR IS THIS BEING HANDLED BY INTERNS........

Very disappointing app. Payments fail almost every time, and the money gets stuck on hold for 24–48 hours. This happens repeatedly and wastes time. Not reliable at all.

I will give 0 rate because it disable the main features which is screenshot. It is very necessary for people to take Screenshot after their transaction. Bank should readd Screenshot feature as soon as possible.
