I don't think it was a good idea to phase out creator studio, this app has a lot going on. If does refresh properly even if you refresh it. So you can't depend on it to see the latest comments, messages and even videos. The design is not bad but it's too slow, even the desktop version of this is slow and too complicated. I love being able to customize my working space it's great if it works seamlessly. Believe it or not if creator studio was still an option every one would switch back.

I am experiencing lots of technical issues with this app. I'm not receiving any notifications, particularly for my messages. When I mark a message as spam, it suddenly disappears, and I can't locate it in the spam folder. To retrieve a message marked as spam, I have to clear the app's data first. The delay in response due to notification issues has been quite frustrating.

This app is the only app available and leaves a LOT to be desired. 1. There are a ton of pop ups at the bottom of the page when viewing and responding to messages. 2. The "reminder" feature is extremely annoying and cannot be shut off. 3. I rely on pics and videos from my clients as a lot of our communication is virtual. The pics and videos cannot be enlarged or saved to be viewed on the phone. 4. The messages you have and have not responded to are too similar.
